EBAC Appointment Policy
Always call ahead for clinic appointments: 510-869-8400. EBAC is a "by appointment" clinic. If you do happen to "drop in", be prepared to wait; we need to take care of the patients who have appointments first. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
We ask that you be here at least 15 minutes before your appointment time - for registration. Be on time for your appointment. Valuable time has been set aside for you and your medical needs.
Please call the office if you're going to be late for your appointment.
Becoming a Patient at EBAC
Call EBAC at 510-869-8400, and set up a new patient appointment with one of our Social Workers, who can answer all your questions about EBAC's primary care program.
EBAC accepts all forms of insurance including Medi-Cal, Medicare, HMOs and other commercial insurance. EBAC may have some Ryan White CARE Act and other public funding available for people without insurance.
